Report Management Intimidation

Going on strike is your right. You cannot be fired or disciplined for striking, and you will not lose your health insurance coverage. While employees can be permanently replaced while on strike, this has never happened in the public sector and our union would never agree to end a strike without protections for all workers. 

Lying or using half-truths to intimidate workers is a common management tactic. We've set up this form so you can report management intimidation to your sub-local officers and SEIU 503 legal department. Reports may be used to file unfair labor practice complaints (ULPs) against the county.
